Bankoa Headquarters in San Sebastián

As with other headquarters, the image that this building, historically anchored in the landscape of San Sebastian, had to communicate was an important point to take into account.

The functionality of the building was considered, focusing on rebuilding and adapting, trying not to demolish. Special attention has been paid to the light, the creation of new and more open spaces, providing each floor with spaces with vegetation for employees and customers.

We focused on taking advantage of the roof to turn it into an attraction for the city, as it is very active culturally. The creation of a semi-open space to organize events, both private and public, became a new challenge for the team, which proposed the rooftop overlooking the Concha as the best option to host this space.
