L’Heure Tranquille

The ZAC des 2 Lions constitutes the development fund for a new south of Tours. This pericenter zone links the city of Tours and the south of its agglomeration, and will be treated as an urban area.

At its center, it will include a large shopping and leisure complex (30,000 m2), buildings dedicated to the tertiary sector (11,000 m2), and a 100-room hotel center.
