Carrère is located north of Ducos, Martinique and is a mixed-use complex with a total of 23,500 m2. With a modern architecture, its outdoor spaces are open and spacious, full of vegetation and fauna.  A space with stores, workspaces, business services, restaurants…

During the process of this complex, its carbon footprint has been taken into account through dry construction, waste management, solar panels, electric vehicle charging points, limiting the waterproofing of the site as much as possible.
